Active Members

Phi Beta Kappa Sigma Chapter active members represent a range of academic and administrative departments throughout the campus. Some are retired and others are currently employed, but all are committeed to the idea that a broad liberal arts and science education is valuable for UC San Diego students.

Resident Member Registration

Resident members are UC San Diego campus faculty and staff who were initiated into Phi Beta Kappa for life by chapters at their undergraduate alma mater. We have created a registration form to keep our roster of resident members up to date. If you are a resident member who has recently arrived on campus, please complete this brief form to be included in communications and chapter activities. Although we welcome your active participation in the chapter, registration does not obligate you to volunteer.

Directory of chapters across the United States

The national Phi Beta Kappa Society website has a chapter directory. If you become a student, faculty, or staff member at another university after you have been initiated to PBK, you may want to contact the local chapter to find out about ways to get involved.
